Job Description

The Executive Director, Strategic Sourcing and Facilities provides strategic direction to the organization, and to the Board of Directors, while providing leadership for Strategic Sourcing and Facilities (including security) delivering on goals and objectives that are in alignment with WSIB’s strategic priorities.  Reporting to the Chief Corporate Services Officer, the Executive Director will develop and execute a vision and long term strategy for key areas of the portfolio and maintain positive internal relationships across the organization, enabling strong vendor relationship management based on value for money.

The ideal candidate for this role brings exceptional leadership qualities combined with a strong customer service focus.  S/he will have proven senior level experience in developing “best in class” procurement and building services practices within a large, complex organization.  With a demonstrated ability to effectively manage risk you will play an important role as the WSIB continues to strengthen its operations to provide Ontario’s workers and employers with even better service and value.
