Your new role
The Senior Inventory Analyst will be accountable for functional expertise over select planning areas within the system for specific business policies and procedures, as assigned, within the following areas:
Demand Capture; Manage Demand; Forecasting; EOQ/Safety Stock; DRP/Deployment; Stocking Policy and Market Intelligence. Based on the specific assigned area of ownership, the Analyst will build and maintain relationships with Supply Chain partners to develop building-specific strategies, identify constraints, and recommend and execute solutions to meet performance metric goals and support long-term supply chain objectives. You will ensure discretionary inventory investments are properly recorded and maintained, and review and analyze planning data to prepare reports whilst performing ad-hoc analyses as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you would have completed a post-secondary degree, preferably a Bachelor’s degree within Canada, and have recent and relevant supply chain experience. We are looking for a problem solver with strong analytical approach, coupled with the ability to influence without authority. Strong use of data and analytics to tell a story to relevant business leaders, and a strategic and process oriented individual with the willingness to operate in a dynamic environment. You must be self-motivated who can takes initiative to get things done with a desire to succeed and move up in the organization.
