RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Creating and maintaining detailed schedules for internal and external job kitting

• Analyze consumption data/ forecasting to adjust and maintain adequate stocking levels of parts

• Generate and manage jobs and pick lists

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve and adjust inventory levels to satisfy customer needs

• Work with Senior Materials Planner to manage bills of materials in ERP system

• Assist in inventory counts and discrepancies investigations

• Produce, update, and communicate backorder status and plan for resolution

• Initiate, and maintain current and accurate material master data (such as lead time, safety stock, independent requirement plan) 

    for all assigned materials • Resolving daily problems, through analysis and troubleshooting of issues

• Establish priority lists and resolve conflicts in priorities

• Review inventory levels for optimization, inventory turns, stock rotation, and disposition • Non-conforming parts review

   and disposition 

• Backup for managing sales forecast in ERP system • Maintain inventory records including those required for CE/RoHS and

   ISO 9001

• Other duties as required

• Comply with policies and procedures as specified in the Employee Policy Manual and Quality Management System
