Contract Advisor

Position Description:
We are seeking a Contract Advisor to join the Finance and Administration Division of King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture Department of Saudi Aramco

The Contract and Procurement Unit/Finance & Administration Division is responsible for providing advice on all matters related to supply chain management flows of goods and services to end-users, provides materials management advice, and all other advisory activities associated with the Finance and Administration Division of the Center.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or Building Construction and Management from a recognized and approved program. Certification as a “Certified Supply Chain Professional” or “Certified in Production and Inventory Management” by the Association for Operations Management is preferred.

You will have 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management experience as a Contract Representative in a Project-Procurement-Management organization; or other related material activities.

You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; Accounting Ratios used in Financial Statement Analysis; and Project Management Principles.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Advise end users and develop scope of work and cost estimates for a wide area of general services.
Provide end-users with constant updates as to their requirements and procurements
Provide guidance to more junior employees on day-to-day best practices and concepts.
Develop a system that identifies, monitors, and reduces supply chain risks and disruptions, with fast reactions and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct meetings with vendors, suppliers, and end-users, to discuss Company business needs, or to seek opportunities to maximize local content in the region.
Conduct procurement activity through a bidding process using your familiarity with contracting principles.
