Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) is currently recruiting for a Manager, Procurement Services to join the Procurement team within the Financial Services Department. Reporting to the Director, Procurement Services, the Manager provides senior level procurement and management services related to the delivery, development, management and administration of Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s (KPU) procurement, contracting and related services.
This position is located on the Langley campus but frequent travel between campuses will be required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience and have obtained a Bachelor’s degree, designation or equivalent in a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed training courses related to procurement and contract management. Experience in negotiating the contractual procurement of services is required. The successful incumbent will have demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring and coaching staff as well as working with various stakeholders within an organization. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized and professional individual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
The salary range for this position is $74,000 - $92,519/year. In addition, KPU offers a generous vacation entitlement as well as a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, extended health benefits, an annual health care spending account, life insurance, AD&D, and a defined benefit pension plan.
