Our client in the Cambridge area is looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales to join their team. The Customer Service/Inside Sales will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, and the Customer Service/Inside Sales will be working closely with other internal departments. To be successful in this position, the candidate needs to be self-driven, ambitious and possesses strong analytical skills and be mathematically and mechanically inclined.
The key responsibilities of the Customer Service/Inside Sales may include, but are not limited to:
*Answer 20-30 calls per day
*Order entry, technical assistance, quotation construction
*Perform quote follow ups
*Un-yielding commitment to customer service
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Service/Inside Sales role as well as secondary education where a background in engineering is an asset. Bilingualism (French) is a definite asset! In addition, the candidate will be extremely organized, able to manage time effectively, intermediate with MS Office Suite and detail oriented. The Customer Service/Inside Sales will be self-motivated, self-directed and responsible with a work hard mentality.
