Bilingual Parts Clerk

Our client in the Cambridge area is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service/Inside Sales to join their team. The Bilingual Customer Service/Inside Sales will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, and the Bilingual Customer Service/Inside Sales will be working closely with other internal departments. To be successful in this position, the candidate needs to be self-driven, ambitious and possesses strong analytical skills and be mathematically and mechanically inclined.


The key responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service/Inside Sales may include but are not limited to:


*Answer 20-30 calls per day
*Order entry, technical assistance, quotation construction
*Perform quote follow ups
*Un-yielding commitment to customer service

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Service/Inside Sales role as well as secondary education where a background in engineering is an asset. In addition, the candidate will be extremely organized, able to manage time effectively, intermediate with MS Office Suite and detail oriented. The Bilingual Customer Service/Inside Sales will be self-motivated, self-directed and responsible with a work hard mentality.
