Our well-established Calgary client is currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis! 

This is a temporary opportunity that will offer the chosen Purchasing Coordinator the chance to become an integral part of the team.

As the Purchasing Coordinator your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Generating and/or reviewing invoices
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Preparing and reviewing inventory reports
  • Matching purchase requisitions/orders with invoices and forward for payment 
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


About You:

  • 1 or more year of proven experience with a procurement background 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Purchase Orders experience is considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Available to start immediately
