OfficeTeam is actively recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst to join one of Canada’s largest retail organizations. The successful individual will have strong analytical skills and will be able to comprehend and work with complex data systems. As the Supply Chain Analyst you will ensure business needs are met through product availability and supply chain flow performance.


Key responsibilities involved with this role will include:

* Produce and manage purchase order lifecycle
* Maintain current reports and distribute accordingly 
* Optimize inventory levels 
* Update purchase order and ensure the delivery information is accurate
* Communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders 
* Ensure goods are delivered on time 
* Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations


About You:

* Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field
* 1 or more year of experience within a supply chain or retain organization
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Access)
* Experience using SAP and WMS an asset
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
