Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their focused team for a temporary opportunity.

As the Purchasing Coordinator your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to: 

  • Coordinating with engineering department
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Reviewing and processing purchase requisitions
  • Preparing requests for proposals 
  • Sourcing Price quotations and prepare purchase requisitions order
  • Working with spreadsheets
  • Preparing RFQ


About You:


  • 7+ years of previous experience with a procurement background 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
  • Available to start immediately
