Our fast-paced client in Calgary is currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their busy team for a temporary opportunity.
As the Procurement Administrator your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
- Create, manage and approve purchase orders
- Link supporting documents as necessary
- Investigate any issues with purchase orders
- Troubleshoot and problem solve as required
- Provide support as necessary to the business unit
About You:
- High School Diploma
- 1 or more year of experience in related field
- Experience with Microsoft S Office suite, with priority focus on Microsoft Excel
- Investigative and analytical skill set to achieve problem root cause identification and solution
- Ability to handle large volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills Excellent customer service capabilities
- Enterprise experience in SAP MM is an asset but not required
- Contract Management knowledge is an asset but not required
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system is an asset but not required
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and integration points is an asset but not required
