Procurement Administrator

Our fast-paced client in Calgary is currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their busy team for a temporary opportunity.

As the Procurement Administrator your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Create, manage and approve purchase orders
  • Link supporting documents as necessary
  • Investigate any issues with purchase orders
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve as required
  • Provide support as necessary to the business unit


About You:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 or more year of experience in related field
  • Experience with Microsoft S Office suite, with priority focus on Microsoft Excel 
  • Investigative and analytical skill set to achieve problem root cause identification and solution 
  • Ability to handle large volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills Excellent customer service capabilities
  • Enterprise experience in SAP MM is an asset but not required
  • Contract Management knowledge is an asset but not required
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system is an asset but not required
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and integration points is an asset but not required
