Our client, a large and growing organization based out of Winnipeg, is looking to add a Purchasing Clerk in a full-time role with its team. Key responsibilities involved for the Purchasing Clerk are set to include: 

  • Verifying purchase requisitions and negotiating pricing;
  • Preparing purchase orders by verifying specifications and obtaining necessary approvals;
  • Authorizing purchase payments;
  • Forecasting inventory levels and reporting to management;
  • Matching and entering accounts payable invoices into the system.


About You:


  • 3 or more years of experience in an accounts payable and/or purchasing
  • Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office products
  • Proven ERP experience
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential
